About Me

Alexis Powers is a senior communications professional specializing in digital media strategy. Her data-based analyses guide clients in their outreach efforts across platforms, whether websites, podcasts, blogs, e-newsletters, social media accounts, or printed (but still digital) publications.

 

Alexis merges an educational background in the natural sciences with professional experience in academic publishing, corporate marketing, and digital storytelling. Alexis holds a B.S. in Earth and Ocean Sciences from Duke University and an Advanced Social Media Strategy Certification from Syracuse University.

For the past 10 years, she has supported multiple clients, including The U.S. Department of Energy, The National Renewable Energy Laboratory, Pelco, Confluence Communications, and Spruce Power in an effort to strategically reach their audience--and provide a delightful experience.
